Client Responsibilities
Clients using Arnavix services agree to:
- Obtain lawful and informed consent from candidates before requesting verification.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Use verification reports strictly for employment, compliance, and lawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Arnavix shall not be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of verification reports. Our total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the service fees paid by the client.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding elements, reports, and intellectual assets belong to Arnavix. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or usage is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
